Desert Mountain Track & Field Boosters

The Desert Mountain Track & Field Boosters is an organization that is formed to support, coordinate events, raise money and offset costs to maximize opportunities and success of all athletes, coaches, and the program in general. Booster fees are collected to provide equipment, athlete and coach recognition, and the season ending banquet.

 
2025 Boosters fees 

We are requesting a $85 fee to support program expenses (meet entry fees, equipment, etc.) paid through the Dm Track & Field Boosters. 

 

Note: No athlete will be turned away due to financial hardship. Please email the boosters  (boosters@dmhsxctf.com) with questions or concerns.

Volunteer

We need YOU! Home meets cannot run without volunteers. If everyone pitches in, it can be manageable for all. Here are some details:  You will never miss watching your athlete compete. If you are signed-up to volunteer and your athlete is about to compete you can always step away to cheer on your athlete! Volunteers are needed for helping with field events, team building, and hospitality. Sign-up will be available through Sign Up Genius Questions? Email us

Support Fundraisers

As one of the largest teams at Desert Mountain state, it costs a lot of money to run our program. Every athlete and family needs to do their part to help the team. Fundraising events will be listed on the website calendar and promoted through all forms of communication listed above. Mark your calendar for these upcoming fundraising events and please remember to tell them you are there for Desert Mountain Track & Field!

Board Positions

The Track & Field  Boosters are in need of board members. Boosters support the team with fundraising, providing snacks, equipment, supporting team building events and hosting the year end banquet. Tax Credit Donations

Did you know that Arizona law allows taxpayers to receive a dollar for dollar tax credit of up to $200 for individual filers and up to $400 for married filers for contributions made to SUSD schools? You can claim the tax credit when filing your Arizona State Income Tax return.

The  booster fee is collected to help support items such as:

  • Snacks for meets (various types of granola/cereal bars, pretzels, fruit snacks)
  • Drinks/gatorade at meets
  • Team t-shirts for every athlete
  • Equipment for the team
  • Special events (parent meetings, team building)
  • Senior recognition
  • End of season banquet

We look for 100% participation in Booster Fees
